Yalla Chaverim Kabbalat Shabbat & Potluck

 Yalla Chaverim Kabbalat Shabbat service will begin with candle lighting at 5 pm and go for 45-55 minutes. Some of the prayers are the same as the ones we do on Shabbat morning, but Kabbalat Shabbat is its own thing, with many beautiful songs — e.g. Yedid Nefesh, Lecha Dodi and Shalom Aleichem.

Potluck supper will follow the service. (Fish is okay, but no other meat. Pizza is also a big hit.)
